Refund policy

Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or refunds on wigs, frontals, weaves, or closure that worn, washed, brushed, cut, dyed or had lace cut

Exchange is only allowed if the product is in its original and returned within 3 days of delivery. The customer is not responsible for return courier costs.
